Remember Lord those who have died
And have gone before us
Especially those for whom we now pray.
We thank You for all the blessings
You have bestowed on them
During their mortal life here on earth.
We pray that they were able to glorify You
With the kind of life they lived
And the way they made use of Your blessings.
Welcome them into Your paradise
Where there is no more grief,
Mourning, and sadness
Only eternal love, peace, and joy.
